Re-dwonload Global Push Notification is free
We have upgraded server for better performance yesterday, some users may experience data lost, but the good news is that you don't have to pay twice, all you need to do is to *buy* the global push service again, for free.
We designed the system in the way that payment will be one time only , redownloadable for free. When you click "Buy", iTunes will tell you to download it again for free. Please see the following screen shot.
